I see two different things here:
- If you want a subscription system with automatic reminder notifications when the subscription expires so that customers can renew their subscription (basically, something similar to what we have for HikaShop on our own website), you can use HikaSubscription:

You can have different subscription periods for different products, etc.
- If you just want to send an email to someone one year after each one of his orders, you can use our integration with AcyMailing enterprise. In AcyMailing there is a mass actions system with filters on HikaShop order creations/confirmations so that you can add the customer to a mailing list / campaign to get an email one year from the purchase. It will be a bit tricky for notification for multiple orders.
