Hi Nicolas,

In the plugin you can choose the common package type.
But you can't change it at the order.
So customers have to go back to the plugin and then change the Package type, but that's to complicated for them.

Is it possible to let the customer change the package type before the export to MyParcel?
So that the setting in the plugin is only a preset for the most common packages.

Unfortunately at MyParcel there is no option for changing the package type.

Hi,

We did add the possibility to change the package type in each order. Edit the order, edit the additional information area, and you should see a package type setting where you can change it for that order.
