We have received your elements and were able to create and save a new product, you will find it by using the search filer with "test".
From this, can you confirm that on your side, create a new product is always impossible, please.

Then maybe there are required details for allow us to understand the context, error message ? specific settings for this product with issue ? Or else ?...

Please provide, a complete configuration screenshot of your product just after the save process, if you have an error message copy/paste it here please.
