Screen slides down to product description

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.2

Hi Supportteam,

If we want to change some things in the variants most of the time the screen slides to the product description.
So before we kan go to the variants we have to scroll up to see the tabs.

We never had this issue and I don't thinks it has something to do with a Hikashop update because we heva this issue on shops with different hikashop versions from 4.3.0 to 4.4.2.

I don't know how to fix this and I hope you have a solution fir this issue.
My customer has reported this problem to me and I can confirm it myself.
But the problem is that's not happening on every product.

That's strange.
I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my end.
Could you provide a backend access along with the name of a product where you have the issue so that we can check on the situation there ?

Yes it's really strange.

I have sent you the details on the e-mail.

I have more problems with this issue in the production environment than with acceptance.
In the acceptance environment you have to wait 2 to 3 seconds for the effect.

I think I found the issue.

When we downgrade from JCE Pro 2.9.5 or JCE Pro 2.9.6 too JCE Pro 2.9.4 then the issue is solved.

So it looks like it hase somethin to do with the JCE Pro version 2.9.5 and 2.9.6

Do you also think this is a JCE editor issue?

Hi,

So that's why I don't have the issue on my end as I'm using TinyMCE.

I would recommend to report the issue on JCE's forum.

Note also that JCE has a 2.9.7 beta that you might want to try out as it may have a fix for that:

This is indeed a JCE Pro issue and will be solved in the next release!
