-- HikaShop version -- : 4.6.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.10.11
-- PHP version -- : 7.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 105.0.1 (64-bit)
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Call to a member function_get () on null

We have an issue related to the cart function that began within the last 2-3 weeks, but is a bit sporadic and random.

The product 'add to cart' function is not working - no indicator of an item being added occurs and the customer is not redirected to checkout.

Also, if an item is in a user's cart and the cart module is displayed or the cart page is attempted to be viewed, they get the following error:

Call to a member function_get () on null

Hi,

Please try again after activating the "debug" setting of the Joomla configuration page.
It should then display that error message with more information , like the callstack, which will help us understand what's going on.

I've enabled Debug. At the point when we click the "add to cart" button on a product page, are you wanting to see the results of a specific DB Query callstack?

Once I try to view the cart, I get nothing. Just the originally-reported error and debug doesn't load.

If you want to test feel free to create a customer account and view the debug info at the point of clicking the add to cart button. For now we've unpublished the Cart module because once something is in the cart, any page with the module assigned crashes.

Hi,

If you don't see more information on the page of the error with the debug activated, then there must be a problem with the error page of your template. Rename the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/error.php to something else via FTP in order to deactivate it and try again.
