Hi, Why does the plugin 'HikaShop Paypal ExpressCheckout payment plugin' not sit in checkout correctly? it allows orders to not follow any of the set shipping weight restrictions and also any other requirements e.g. phone numbers etc.? i.e. there is a weight limit of 1700g on international shipping, by PayPal with this PayPal plugin it allows bypassing of restrictions?

Hi,

Yes. The goal of PayPal Express Checkout is precisely to skip your website checkout so that the checkout happens on PayPal.

This means that if you want to enforce shipping costs / restrictions on your website checkout, you don't want to use Express Checkout but another PayPal plugin, like "PayPal Checkout".
