Start Date Null Error

-- Joomla version -- : 5.2
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Start Date: Null
End Date :Null

We encountered a strange problem. When we enter the price for the product. It displays the start and end dates as null. For this reason, when we publish, it is displayed on the site without a price, and the phrase "Free" is displayed instead of the price.

Hi,

Did you click on the product's save button after adding the price to the product ?
The dates being "null" shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, we click on save. And this problem arises. Yes, we have been using your products since 2012, but we have never had such a problem and it is not at all clear why this error is given!

That's indeed strange.
Could you provide a backend access and a FTP access to the website so that we could look into it ? Because we're not able to reproduce the issue on our end.

When I try to login in your backend, I get an error:

Please try again after activating the "debug" setting of the Joomla configuration.
It should give you an error message with more information, which should allow us to fix this error.
