Hello,

We received a notification from our hosting provider indicating that we need to free up disk space. We believe we could remove many of the images stored by HikaShop.

Is there any way to identify which thumbnail folders are currently being used by HikaShop and which ones are not, so we can safely delete the ones that are no longer needed?

Hi,

You can delete all the thumbnails folders. HikaShop will automatically recreate the ones it needs when needed.
