-- HikaShop version -- : 6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 6.02
-- PHP version -- : 8.5
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : White screen in the productes

My website was working fine, and all the products were displayed perfectly. I updated to Joomla 6, and now the articles aren't displaying. Only the categories are visible. I've checked all the settings and can't find the problem. I've cleared the cache, rolled back one version, and the products are displaying correctly again. As soon as I update Joomla again, the problem returns. What am I doing wrong? I've run error debugging, but I don't see anything that helps me understand what's happening.

Hi,

I can see that I have a completely blank page when I access the page of a product on your website.
This indicates there is a PHP fatal error during the processing of the page.
The first thing to do in such case on a Joomla website (not only for HikaShop pages, but any page) is to activate the "debug system" setting of the Joomla configuration page and then access the page with the issue again.
It should normally display an error message. This error message will point at the problem and we allow us or you to find the solution.

Since HikaShop is compatible with Joomla 6 and has been for a while, the problem is likely not in HikaShop. And since it doesn't happen on other types of pages, it's likely not coming from another component or module.
It could be a third party plugin (like a plugin used to customize the description of products) not compatible with Joomla 6 but the most likely cause is that you have a view override based on an old version of HikaShop and that this view override contains old code which isn't compatible with Joomla 6.

I would recommend to copy / paste the error message you'll get to an AI. It should be able to tell you what to do so that you don't have to wait for my answer. I would recommend that you provide it with the file the error message is pointing at. That will help the AI provide a more accurate answer.
If what it says doesn't help, send us here the error message and the code of the file pointed by the error message and we can tell you what to do.
