Ship Station Plugin

Hi, I am using the Ship Station paid for plugin, works really well.

I have one issue, I have a product that always shows on the feed to Ship Station as a zero qty.
So if I have 3 products that are passed through, it will create 3 lines of this product on the order as zero qty.
This product does not show on the order in Hikashop.

I spoke to ship station and they said it is the Hikashop plugin as it is passed through on the feed.

It is always the same product that shows.

Can you help fix this.
