Popups Not Popping Up

When editing an order, my wife is not able to use any of the popups in the Product List section. She can use the other Edit buttons on the page and will see those popups. If I use my access, I don't see that issue. If I log into her account, I do then see the issue. So, it looks like a user access issue. But both of us are setup as Super Users.
