HikaShop Out of stock notification Plugin

I would like to ask whether you have considered adding the possibility to customize the **HikaShop Out of Stock Notification plugin** so that each product (SKU) can have its own notification threshold.

In practice, different products require different minimum stock levels. Therefore, having a **per-product stock threshold** would allow the plugin to trigger notifications more accurately depending on each item.

Is this something you are planning to implement or that could be considered in future updates?
