No Payment methods found - where / how to change this message

I want to modify the error message when "No Payments methods found"
to
"No Payments methods found - ensure minimum order is more than $25."

I checked the language overwrites in Joomla - but can not locate it there.
Where is this message located? so I can edit it.

Issue resolved - found the hikashop "language" overwrites in hikashop configuration settings.
