New HikaShop 6.4.1 Sidebar Menu on All Account Subpages

Per the release notes on HikaShop 6.4.1 there’s a new sidebar menu that’s been added to all account subpages with links to orders, addresses, carts, wishlists, downloads, and affiliate.

This sidebar menu now appears on my Cart Display menu item and clutters up the page significantly with a bunch of options that I don’t need. How can I remove this new sidebar menu from the Cart Display menu item?

I’d rather just remove this sidebar menu as opposed to disabling each individual plugin associated with each menu item, just in case I need those plugins later.
