the filter can not find any product.

-- HikaShop version -- : 6.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 5.4.5
-- PHP version -- : 8.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no proudct finded

I upgraded my website from Joomla3 to Joomla5, and Hikashop to Business 6.5.0. The product filters are still the same modules and settings are unchanged. However, no matter how I search for product names, custom fields, descriptions, or other attributes, I can't find any products. It just shows "No products in this category". I have tried adding new filter modules or adjusting settings, but I still can't find any products. What could be the reason?

Hi,

I checked your website but I didn't find a products listing or the products filters you're talking about. So I couldn't check what's happening.
Based on what you're saying, the most likely cause is that before, you had a menu item configured to display a listing of all the products on the shop and the filter module was configured with its "menu" setting pointing to that menu item and either this is not the case anymore, or the menu item has been changed somehow.
Could you provide more information on how to reproduce the problem on your website ?
