My Customers get redirected after sucessful paypal-payment to error page:

0

Bonjour,

J'ai mis à jour Hikashop en 6.5.2 et Hikaserial 6.1.1 et normalement je reçoit et le client aussi le mail avec le serial après le paiement PayPal. J'ai bien eu la notification du paiement PayPal et la commande est confirmée dans le panneau d'administration mais ni mon client ni moi n'avons reçu le mail avec commande confirmée et le serial en pièces jointe.

Je ne sais pas si c'est dû à Hikaserial ou à Hikashop, mes paramètres 'envoi n'ont pas été modifié depuis 5-6 ans...

Bonjour,

La première chose à faire c'est de vérifier si l'email est dans Customers>Emails history dans le backend d'HikaShop.
Si l'email est là, alors HikaShop a envoyé l'email au serveur d'email de l'hébergeur et c'est un problème d'envoi, pas un problème de génération de l'email. Dans ce cas, il faudra surement voir avec l'hébergeur pourquoi l'email n'a pas pu être envoyé.
Si l'email n'est pas là, alors soit il est désactivé dans System>Emails, soit il y a une erreur lors de sa génération. En supposant qu'il est publié, éditez le et utilisez le bouton "preview" sur la commande en question pour essayer de le regénérer. Il n'y aura pas d'envoi, c'est uniquement pour vérifier que l'email peut être généré.

I’m having the same problem. My email settings haven’t been changed either, and they were working fine until the last update.

What’s more, since this morning, whenever I change the status of a HikaSerial order to ‘delivered’, I get the following error message in the backend (!): ‘0 Call to a member function trigger() on null’.

Bonjour,

Le mail avec commande confirmée est bien présent pour le client mais pas pour moi dans le journal des emails mais n'a pas été envoyé ni à moi ni au client.
J'ai eu une commande le 10/07 avec Hikaserial 6.1.0 et Hikashop 6.5.0 et là tout était ok avec l'envoi des mails...depuis je suis passé à 6.1.1 pour hikaserial et 6.5.2 pour Hikashop.

Il doit bien y avoir un soucis...

Si l'email est dans l'historique des emails, cela signifie que l'email a été envoyé au serveur email de l'hébergeur.
Après, c'est le serveur d'envoi qui se charge d'envoyer l'email et HikaShop n'a aucune visibilité sur le résultat ou la cause d'un échec.
Je crains qu'il faille contacter le support de l'hébergeur pour voir avec eux pourquoi l'email n'est pas reçu.

Can you activate the "debug system" setting of the Joomla configuration and reproduce the error again ? You should get an error with more information which will allow us to tell you what to do.

Hi,

Your error indicates you don't have the patch Jerome pushed 5 days ago when he told you to download again the install package of HikaSerial and install it on your website.
So either you didn't do it, or you use the wrong package, or you have a problem with the permissions on the plugins folder which prevented the install process from updating the /plugins/hikaserial/pdfserial/pdfserial.php file with the file from the install package in back/extensions/plg_hikaserial_pdfserial/
