I've set up the EU tax rules and they're all working correctly. I've also enabled floating taxes so prices stay consistent across the EU.

The problem is that when someone orders from outside the EU, they're still charged the full (tax-inclusive) price. It should instead be the price without tax, since these customers pay import taxes/VAT in their own country.

I created a tax zone containing all continents except Europe, plus the UK, but I'm not sure this is the right approach.

What is the best way to set this up in HikaShop so that non-EU orders are automatically charged the tax-exclusive price?

Thanks!

Hi,

The right approach is to have two prices in the product: The price for the EU and the price for the rest of the world.
You can use the "zone" setting of the prices to restrict them to the correct zone.
That way, when the customer is in the EU, they will get one price and the tax will be removed from it based on the customer type, its country, etc. And when the customer is not in the EU, they will get the other price. And with no tax rule configured for countries outside the EU, no tax will apply.
