How to login or register with social networks in Hikashop in checkout stage?

Hi,

Supposing you're on Joomla 4, since HikaShop 4.6.2, the HikaShop registration supports the Joomla 4 social buttons system.
So you can install and configure an extension adding social buttons via this Joomla mechanism and the registration in HikaShop will support them. Here is one for example:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/akeeba-sociallogin/
