Email Waitlist to admin

-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.madman.co.za
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.0
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : none

I would like to configure a mass action (or something) to email the administrator a list of users on the waitlist and their products thay are waiting for - is this possible ?

I see there is a filter product_waitlist under product columns but it has no filtering effect. If I export the stock .csv, the product_waitlist has a zero value for all products, even if they are on the waitlist or not.

Any ideas ?

Hi,

The "product_waitlist" column of the hikashop_product table is where is stored the value that you can select in the "Display add to waitlist button" option of each one of your products that you'll see on the product edition page of your products if you set the main "Activate Waitlist feature" option of the HikaShop configuration to "on a per product basis".
So you're looking at the wrong data.
What you want to look at is the table hikashop_waitlist which contains all the waitlist entries with the product_id and the email and name of the persons who requested to be notified.

Hi Nicolas, I am reinvestigating this problem. Where do I look (in the filters menu ?) for the table hikashop_waitlist ?

I would like to set it up in a massaction to send admin an email of the waitlist.

Hi,

In HikaShop 2.6.0 there will be a new email ; a waitlist notification for the admin.
