Product waitlist notification is not running

The product notification plugin is enabled.

The cron job is running.

I see the currency/rates update and out of stock notification are running but the product notification is not running (when the report is viewed).

Product notification was running fine until May 8, 2016. After May 8, my subscription expired and I renewed on May 11. It looks like product notification has not been running since May 11, 2016.

I searched the forums and came upon this thread:

Did the same thing happen to me since I allowed my subscription to pass for around 3 days?

My cron URL is:
www.bijouxdelou.com/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=cron

Please advise.

I do not know what you did but waitlist notify now works. It ran 2 hours ago (an hour after this ticket was raised) and just ran a few minutes ago (intervals of 2 hours which is the normal interval for waitlist notify). Will continue to monitor the script.

Note that the waitlist plugin will send emails only if you have customers who entered their emails to be notified and that you put back some stock for the products. I don't see another reason.
