Hi Hikashop team,

I have set up a mass action to find out who bought a product (in this case a workshop).

But I think the Filter " User total purchase / Product number" doesn't work.

See my configuration:

First the product which is bought several times.

The product numer (ID) from this product.

The Mass action configuration who doesn't work.

The mass action configuration with product amount works fine but give a lot of unnecessary results.

The strange thing is that this last configuration gave 1 result but when you Process the mass action you see more then one results.

Hi,

The product number is the amount of products purchased by the user (basically, you're asking to filter and keep only the users with 648 products purchased on your website precisely).
You want instead to use a filter order product column, on the column order_product_id and there you can use that 648 id.
Or rather, you want to use the product_id or the product_code column and enter the id of the product or its code, since the order_product_id is the id of that product for that specific order and thus will return only one result.
