Hey,

Now the admin will receive a message that someone placed an order. And another one the Payment notifications email.
I want just one 1 mail when the order is payed. And of course I want the order details included. So the Payment notifications email is not sufficient.

Can I link the text of Order administrator notification with the Payment notifications email? Or is it possible to have the Order status notification send also to the admin?

Hi,

Empty the "order creation notification email address" and "payment notification email address" settings of the HikaShop configuration to deactivate these emails. Then, edit the "order status notification" email via the menu System>Emails and add your email address in the "CC" field and that will do what you want.
Note that this requires the Business edition.
