Confirmation mail, after registration, is not recived by my costumers

Hi,

First check that you activated the email in the settings of the Joomla user manager.
If you register via the Joomla registration page, do you receive the email ? If no, then the problem is probably with the "emails" settings section of the Joomla configuration which have to be configured based on the recommendations of your hosting company. So you will probably have to check with them these settings.
