Product Order Quantity Restriction Did Not Work

Hi guys,

We are running Hikashop Business v3 here and the maximum quantity per order for products is not working. I can increase my order quantity (max at 1 per order) to 2 and more in my cart. Screenshots below refers or you can try it at our URL for same product as screenshot
