Hello,
I work satisfactorily with Hikashop, only I have one problem.
During the addressing I have separately named the street name {address_street} and house number {address_street2}.
This works correctly when filling in and is displayed well in the emails ... except for one. With every status change of the order, the house number is not included in the e-mail to the customer. The default address template looks like this:
?> {address_company}
{address_title} {address_firstname} {address_lastname}
{address_street} {address_street2}
{address_post_code} {address_city} {address_state}
{address_country}
<? php echo JText :: sprintf ('TELEPHONE_IN_ADDRESS', '{address_telephone}');?>

I can't find where things are going wrong. Can you help me further?
Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Can you provide your Emails listings screenshot, in System dropdown => Emails, please.
Can you tell us too which email precisely is concerned by this issue, in order to process some test on our side ?

Awaiting news from you to progress on your subject.
Regards

Hello,

Of course I will gladly send it. I attached three screenshots. I hope this already provides a sufficient picture of where the error is. If you want access to Admin, please let us know. Then we can arrange this outside of this forum I think.

Regards!

Hi,

Where did you add the address custom field tag ?
Normally, you're supposed to do that with the "address format" setting under the Checkout tab of the HikaShop.
When you do that, it will add the modifications to the address_template.php view file for both the frontend and the backend.

What you describe seems to indicate that you've directly edited the address_template.php view file via the menu Display>Views, but only for the frontend, while the email from your screenshot is sent from the backend and thus doesn't have the modification.

Hello,
It probably went wrong there. I have now reset the "address format" setting under the Checkout tab of the HikaShop. Then added {address_street2} and saved. Now I see that things are going well.
Thank you for your support, very nice !!

Regards, Henk
