Did Not Receive Order Administrator Notification Email

We just received an order but did not get the Order Administrator Notification email. Any idea why? We just updated to version 4.4.2 last week but not sure if that could be the issue.

Nevermind. I found it. The order was made a month ago but the customer just paid.
