Hi,

If the emails are generated in the Customers>Emails history menu, then it means that HikaShop is sending the emails to your email sending server.
So then, it's up to the email sending server to transfer the email to the email receiving server so that the email client of the user can access it.
So in that case, if the email is not delivered the reason of that will be logged by both email servers in their log.
So that's where you should look for the reason the emails are not delivered.
Unfortunately, there is not much you'll be able to do from HikaShop and not much more I can say to help. You need to either get access to the logs of the email sending server or ask the support of the entity managing the email sending server for help doing that.

However, the first thing is to use the test email feature of the Joomla configuration to make sure your website can send emails with what you've configured there. If it works, then checking the logs will be the next step. If it doesn't work, then it's likely an error with the email server information entered in the Joomla configuration.
