2 Unable to get the size of the image

Hello,

We have been using Hikashop and so far it works very well.
When clicking "Invoice" button in order list and each order detailed page, it shows an error below.

An error has occurred.
2 Unable to get the size of the image [ ourwebsite.com/administrator/images/My-Pix/logo.png ]

Then I researched the path with FTP, actually real path of the image that the error indicated isn't correct.
WRONG ONE [ ourwebsite.com/administrator/images/My-Pix/logo.png ]
CORRECT ONE [ ourwebsite.com/images/My-Pix/logo.png ]

The invoice feature seems to look for an image file through the wrong path,
is there anyway I can let it remember the correct path?
or should I really make new directories according to the wrong path?

Hello,

Can you activate the Joomla Debug, and at the maximum level, and make a screenshot of the error message.
We need to see everything about error message details.
And precise if you use the pdf invoice plugin or not.

Thanks for your reply.
After reading your message, I thought about the PDF plugin and deactivated it,
then the print invoice button suddenly worked properly. no more issues for me.

Hello,

Always happy to read that we were able to be useful, but I'll clarify things for you just in case :
- Maybe your Pdf Invoice was an old version (can't work anymore with J4, Hika4 or Php8)
- If you want continue to use Pdf Invoice, you have to update your version, here .

Thanks for following up.
But my PDF plugin's version is 2.0.0, which seems the latest version.
We installed Joomla4, Hikashop pro, this PDF plugin all in March 2023, just 2 months ago.
but Joomla version of ours is 4.2.7 or 4.2.8, now it's 4.3.1, so is that the cause maybe?

Without seeing the complete error message (and details from Maximum Joomla Debug level) we can't really be sure, but it's possible.
