secondary email show on Order Administrator Notification's To: line

I've looked everywhere, but can't seem to locate where hikashop is picking up this second email from that is on the To: line.. Screenshot: snipboard.io/TeMnfD.jpg
Any idea?

Hi,

You want to check two things:
- In the HikaShop configuration, under the Main tab, you have the Emails section with the setting "Reply to address":

- In the menu System>Emails of HikaShop, you can edit individual emails. There, you have a "Reply to address" setting which overrides the setting in the configuration for the current email being edited:
www.hikashop.com/support/25-hikashop-email-form.html

Thank you for the quick reply. Unfortunately, neither of those have that additional email showing. I've also checked the Joomla User and HikaMarket>Configuration>Your Vendor. Where else could it be coming from?

Mmm. Are you talking about the the email address after the comma under the "To address", not the email address under the "Reply-to Address" column of your screenshot ?
In that case, you want to edit the "order administrator notification" email via the menu System>Emails of HikaShop, and check its "To address" field.

I am so sorry, this is such a pain. But all of those settings are correct as well, that 2nd email doesn't show up.... anywhere in the configuration. Obviously it must be somewhere.

Hi,

There is no other place.
So, the last possibility I can see is that the email was customized in the System>Emails with custom code to add the second email to the recipient. Is the email customized in System>Emails ?

Hi,

I've checked the backend. I did find that there was a problem with the "Order creation admin notifications email address" setting.
The email address in there started with BalsamRidage... instead of BalsamRidge...
I've corrected it. I don't see how it could lead to having the correct email address with another email address added to it.
But let's see how it goes with the next order. Maybe it will somehow fix the problem ? I don't have any other idea.
