Hi, I've recently had the following issue regarding emails start with Hikashop on my website.
When a customer makes an order, four emails should be generated. An 'order creation notification'(to the customer), an 'order administrator notification'(sent internally), an 'order status notification', and a 'payment notification' should be sent out. However, since of April 22nd, these last two two emails are not sent. This is a recent issue, as we've had Hikashop for several years now without issue.
I have checked that both email templates still exist and are published(I unpublished and republished them for good measure), and previewing the email templates show they both work properly. Email history shows no attempt at sending the emails, leaving me unsure as to what the issue is. Fixing this is important, as right now we must manually email customers their confirmed order details.
