Display Shipping Address in Emails

Hey guys,

Is there an easy way to display the Shipping Address and not the Billing Address is all the email notifications ?

My current setup shows the Billing and not the Shipping.

We're setting up a system where various customer locations will place orders that will be centrally billed. Thus the focus on Shipping Address.
