Error on PayU Indian payment gateway

I got test credentials from PayU India team and I configured it in the PayU plugin but I get this following error.. I have also attached the credentials I have added to the plugin... Kindly help me with this.. Also I contacted payU team and they updated me saying that I believe "you are posting a parameter with the name "service_provider=payu_pasia" on payu server. Kindly remove that parameter and check."

How to do that.

Hi,

That parameter can be removed by turning off the option "PayUMoney" of your PayU India payment method.

On your screenshot, that parameter is missing, which means that you're not using the latest version of HikaShop. Update your HikaShop and you'll be able to deactivate that option.

Thanks I updated to version 2.6.0 and I get another error of

"Error Reason
This txnid has been used previously and was successfully captured"

I contacted PayU team and they reverted me that "you're using same txnid for more than one transaction. Kindly use different txnid for different transaction"




Kindly help me with this..

Hi,

The PayU payment plugin in HikaShop use the "order id" for the value of the "txnid" ; so unless you're trying to pay several time the same order, you have deleted your orders or you have migrate your PayU account to a new store without updating the order number increment ; that kind of issue is not possible.

It's basically the same error as this one from PayPal:

So either PayU India has an option to turn that check off, or reset the order id count, or you can manually increase the order id of HikaShop as explained in the link above so that it doesn't collide with the order ids already used for payments by your previous ecommerce solution.

Anna university's website doesn't use HikaShop. So we cannot help.
You need to contact the university directly if you can't pay on their website.
