Loyalty points - deleted when shipping confirmation

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.8

The loyalty point added for purchases is added correctly - when the order is confirmed, the appropriate number of points is added to the customer's account. However, when the order status changes to "sent" - the points of the given order are deleted. Why. Is this a system or configuration error?

It's probably an issue with how the order statuses are configured in System>Order statuses.

Hi,

I suppose that you must have the "give back points on cancellation" setting activated in the payment user points plugin.
In that case, you need to enable the order statuses confirmed, shipped, etc for which the points are not taken under the "invoice" column of the System>Order statuses screen.

Hi,
The suggested solution did not work. I checked the configuration of the Hikashop UserPoints Plugin again. The Valid order statuses option was set to "confirmed". I deleted this record. Now points are charged when you change your status to sent. It's working right now. However, the observation shows that previously it worked differently because customers were charged points.
