Information for bank transfer

Hi.
When a customer completes an order to pay by Bank Transfer, Hikashop does not send the data for the transfer in the mail of the order.

It does for us and others.
So there must be something on your end.
What is the status of the order ?
Also, for the information of the bank transfer to be included the order status of the order needs to be enabled under the column "unpaid" of the System>Order statuses.
By default, "created" should be enabled there but if you changed that, then it would explain why you don't get the bank transfer information in the email. Alternatively, if you configured HikaShop so that the status of the order is not created but another one after using the bank transfer payment method, that would also explain the situation and you also need to enable that status in the "unpaid" column.

I just have a look on your website, and first thing I note is in your plugin payment configuration, see my screenshot :



I have set "Order status notification" to Yes, in our mind that may solve your issue, but to be sure of it, can you make some return that now everything work well.

Hi,

I've checked one order on your website and the issue is exactly what I described before.
For example, for the order with the id 13125, if you check the history of the order, you can see that the order is created with the status "created": monosnap.com/file/bE788aOrxK5qc546qaVMZaX3S4UEXn
However, the "created" order status is not enabled in the unpaid order status column:
monosnap.com/file/JbVt131wHzQ6D0JULzxbTeA4xHTMJm
So when the order is created with the "created" order status, the system doesn't include the information of the payment method as it is not activated for that order status.
