Quantity more than 1, No payment methods found

hi,

my client asking me to check on the problems.
where i really had no idea what is the problem,

it had 4 product, 2 product payment is using bank transfer 2 of them is using pay by point.

at checkout page if the quantity is 1, i am able to see the payment methods. if i change the the quantity more than 1. errors message No payment methods found. on both bank transfer & pay by point.

I found the problem is that, the payment plugin was set with Restrictions - weight, min -9999 max - 9999
which only allow to cart 1 Quantity only.

it was to make this payment plugin on show on this product only.

now the issue is that he have 4 product only and 3 type of payment plugin. 1 user point plugin, 2 bank transfer
so 2 of the product will be using userpoint and 1 each of the bank transfer plugin

so i try to set them different unit( kg, g, mg). but not able to set the plugin to show only to that product

1st payment plugin - using bank transfer - with Restrictions
Minimum weight 1000 kg

set 1 of the product weight to 1000kg, no problem

2nd payment plugin - using pay by point - with Restrictions
Minimum weight 100g
Maximum weight 9999g

set 2 of the product weight to 100g, no problem

3rd payment plugin - using bank transfer (with other name)- with Restrictions
Minimum weight 1 mg
Maximum weight 9999mg

set 1 of the product weight to 1mg, when check out the product. no payment methods found.

did clear cache, using another browser. also the same problem.

not sure what is the issue, that i can't use mg to set 3rd payment to 1 product.
and lucky that, there is RESTRICTIONS on Volume

so now the 3 payment is working fine.

You should be able to use the same weight unit to restrict all of your payment methods, can you give us more information about that issue through some screenshots for example ?

Note that if you want to restrict a payment plugin to a defined list of products, another solution can be to :
- Create a warehouse via "Hikashop->System->Warehouse"
- Create a shipping method that will only be used for that list of products
- Use that warehouse through the "Warehouse" option of your list of products and through your shipping method configuration page
- Restrict the use of your payment plugin to that shipping method using the "Shipping method" option through your payment method configuration page.
