I got following email, how to fix that ?
i have absolut no idea , why we get this now.... Never had a issue before.

May someone an Idea ?

Hi,

Did you get that for only one order or for all your orders since then ?
This message indicates that the status of your orders are not changing from "created" to "confirmed" while before it should have. Was it the case ?
When you get such message, the best is to check the different points listed in this FAQ:

One of these points must be the problem.

Its not changing at all, i have to manual change sthe status !~

How can i fix that ? we have lot of costumer which buys digital products by us....

PayPal looks like doesnt seems to work with the shop

And if it works why PayPal have a another fee then our shop ?

I have seen PayPal remove 775ft while the shop do just 578ft.

But firt i want to fix very fast the issue with created and not changing the status :/ after they paid....

well PayPal or Shop doesnt change ANYTHING.... i can do whatever i want, shop doesnt change the fact from created (after payment is done to verified) or Verify PayPal Payment, we use PayPal Buisiness.

so confuse, with our order and requests :(

We have received your Backend access, but we haven't the full access, we can't even reach the HikaShop configuration.
When we try to go to Components => HikaShop => Configuration, we get this :

Hi,

I'm still not able to access the HikaShop configuration on your website with the access you provided. Could you please double check ?
I checked the settings of your PayPal payment method and they are all good as far as I can see.
Also, in order to better understand the situation, I would recommend you to activate the "debug" setting of your PayPal payment method. Then, after the next order you get, check the "payment log file" you can access under the Files section of the Main tab of the HikaShop configuration.
This log should then provide valuable information about what is happening and why it's not working.
Finally, in your PayPal merchant account, you have an area where you can access the history of the payment notifications (IPN). There, you should be able to get more information on the payment notifications. I would recommend to also check there and provide us the information you can see about the payment notifications there.

I dont understand, you have maximum Access....

i cant even give you more specific Access, cause you are a super user.

Where do i do the debug ?

PayPal where exactly ?

Hi,

Thanks for the other access, we're now able to access the HikaShop and the Joomla configuration. I didn't see anything strange in them though so the debug will help a lot.
In the menu System>Payment methods of your HikaShop backend, you have the list of your payment methods.
There, edit the PayPal payment method.
Then, you'll see a "debug" setting that you can activate there.
Then, make a payment (or wait for your customers to make one) and finally check the "payment log file" you can access under the Files section of the Main tab of the HikaShop configuration.
