Order confirmation isn't being recorded

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.22
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.24
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : all browsers
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no error code present

Just upgraded to HikaShop Business: 4.4.0 and now my orders aren't being confirmed.

Payments are going through to paypal ok but no return communication confirming the order leaving all order status at "created".

I'm not seeing any errors when the order is processed on my site or in paypal.
