Square Plugin - the spinner just spins, the page goes nowhere

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.27

I am running the Square Plugin and trying a test transaction. As the title says, the page just sits there and spins. I have added the Application ID, Location ID and Token in Hika setup.

Hello Dean and sorry for the late reply,

We just tried to test it on your website, but the plugin wasn't published.

We also checked your website and we were having a "Your connexion to the website isn't fully secured" message, which can prevent your website from correctly communicating with the payment platform.

So your issue is probably coming from it.

Site is secure copy of cert details attached....

Site works with Stripe payment gateway. the Square plugin was removed

Yes I am aware of that, but the site has a certificate and the Stripe Payment gateway accepts it. It just has a different cert to the ones you probably see and use but is classed as "secure"

If it wasn't... Stripe wouldn't work. I tested Stripe prior to the install of the cert and it failed stating no cert..... now it works

Every payment plugin and payment platform is different than the other. But that's great if you succeed to make the Stripe payment method work on your website.

Without more information and without even the plugin configured on your website, you can ask HikaShop's team for a refund. Else you can always configure it again and we'll gladly assist you if needed.

Well, as per your first response, we can't sit here and wait for well over a week for a lack of valid support response.....

I sent an email to Phillippe a few days ago.... I work in the IT industry, my customers expect and demand a timely response or I lose them as customers....

The product might be good, but the support is average
