INVALID_DATA for stripeconnect_hikashoppayment

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.13
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.33

Hi,

Please consider this ticket as high priority as no payment is possible.

On checkout page the card datas can't be validated : message INVALID_DATA (see image enclosed).
We have installed the last version of plugin "stripeconnect_hikashoppayment" but the pb remains.

In log (media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/logs/report_777763823.log) we have :
<h3>03.21.22 05:18:23 - StripeConnect</h3>
Retrieve Payment Intent Error
No such payment_intent: 'pi_3KfhNVD0WVIWAsKD04qGT26z'

We have called Stripe support, please find herewith a copy of the conversation.

FYI, we also use HikaMarket, and both latest version of "Stripe V3 with connect" plugin, download from your website yesterday, are installed (HikaShop and HikaMarket)

Hello,

What version of the plugin were you using before the update ?
Would it be possible to have more details regarding the Stripe Logs (via the contact us form) ?
The error "No such payment_intent" is very strange since the identifier of the payment intent is coming from the result of the API.

Regarding the log, it looks like the the error is due to an expired "payment intentent", due to the usage one hour after its creation.
I replied to your message in order to retrieve more details regarding the test context.
