Error when trying to pay with PayPal.

When trying to pay with PayPal on the website, the following error occurs:

"The payment request was refused by PayPal. Please click here to return to the checkout.
[POSTAL_CODE_REQUIRED] The specified country requires a postal code"

It is configured as a payment method 'HikaShop PayPal Checkout payment plugin,' and the PayPal account is connected, everything is correct in theory.

Hello,

The error message informs you that to proceed with the payment Paypal must have the postal code of your customer.
So you must reactivate the custom field, address type AND probably make it required to be sure that your customer provides this information.

You will find this custom field from HikaShop Configuration, then Display dropdown => Custom field :
