-- url of the page with the problem -- : 121time.com
-- HikaShop version -- : 5.0.0
-- Joomla version -- : 5
-- PHP version -- : 8.2

Good morning,
I'm trying an update of my site to Joomla 5 on testing environment.
I notice that the user points are not anymore clickable (YES / NO) under joomla 5
Have you seen this issue before?
Thank you for your help.

Hi,

I tried on my end but the yes/no there works fine for me:

I'm suspecting it might be linked to the CSS of your template.

Is the issue on 121time.com ? Could you provide a test user account with points so that we can look at the issue on your website ?

Hi,

So, the buttons actually work fine. If you click on "yes" or "no" and click on the "next" button, the choice you made is taken into account by HikaShop.
The problem is a display issue. Your template doesn't implement the normal classes of bootstrap like the default template of Joomla 5 does.
I can see on your current website that bootstrap is loaded on your pages but not on your testing environment. I would think this is something changed in your template between both websites.
So I'm not sure what's best to cope with this.
I would first recommend to check what your template provider recommends.

Thanks, there is a Yootheme function that is "load bootstrap". It changes a little bit the design but it works!
