Hello, I am interested in the Swiss QR Bill. Before I purchase, can you tell me what the output looks like:

  1. After checkout, does the system generate an invoice with a QR code at the bottom of the invoice (standard invoice outlook here in Switzerland)?
    Is the invoice sent by email?
    Or Is the QR code generated on the website at the end of the checkout process?
    All of the above?
    Can we control invoice outlook with QR code?
    At the backend, if I click on the order/invoice menu, will the invoice be generated with a QR coe at the bottom of the invoice?

Hello,

Here's how the Swiss QR Bill payment plugin works:
1. QR Bill generation: The plugin generates a PDF containing the Swiss QR Bill payment slip following the Swiss standard. This is the payment slip only, not a full invoice.
2. Checkout completion page: After the order is placed, the customer sees a link to download the QR Bill PDF.
3. Email attachment: The QR Bill PDF can be automatically attached to the order confirmation email sent to the customer. This is controlled by the "Attach to customer email" setting in the plugin configuration.
4. Backend: When viewing an order paid with this method in the backend, a "QR-Bill" button appears in the toolbar to generate/download the QR Bill.
5. Invoice customization: The QR Bill plugin generates the payment slip, not the invoice itself. If you need customizable invoices, you can use our PDF invoice plugin ( www.hikashop.com/marketplace/product/18-plugin-pdf.html ) alongside the QR Bill plugin. The invoice layout can be fully customized.
