Hikashop Stripe unprocessed purchases

I'm using:
Joomla 6.1.3
Hikashop: 6.5.2
Stripe Connect, end page - I couldn't find the version number anywhere but it seems to be from July 2024 which is the last time I downloaded the zip file.

I did find something a little strange when looking for the Stripe Connect version number. Of course I have it set up in the Hikashop Payment Methods, with both keys etc. But there is also a plugin in Joomla > System > Plugins which is enabled but does not have any settings. Images are attached. Do I need both of these?

Regarding the failing payments, I was only interested to see if there was some reason for failing to complete. Unfortunately my shop is not so busy at the moment so it could just be people not really wanting to purchase (I've often wondered if it is some trick where people are hoping you might send them a discount to complete the order!).
