Associated products listing for category listing

I have this in my modules and its disabled but don't know what its for? can anyone advise

It's a products listing module which is used by a category listing menu in order to display the products for it.
You should not remove it.

Sorry, but I deleted them, also from the trash bin. How can I remake them?
