The state drop-down disappears when registering a user in Firefox. It appears in Chrome and IE, and the country drop-down displays in all 3 browsers. Anyone have any idea where else I can look?

Hi,

I think that it should be a javascript error, could you give me a link to your website ?

PS: you'll maybe find your answer through this thread

Hi Mohamed. Thank you for the reply.
The shop is currently located at www.bindersinc.com/store . You will notice while on the signup page a green border around the info form. I added it temporarily just to make sure everything was getting placed properly.

At the risk of diluting this thread I want to add that I have a similar issue with shipping and firefox, in that FF browsers get a "no shipping method found" error while other browsers do not. I am very appreciative of any help you can provide.

*Edit, failed to mention I had already tried the suggestions in the thread you suggested.

Hi,

I couldn't find a page of HikaShop on your website. Could you please give a direct link to a product page ?

The link above included the period that was at the end of the sentence in the link. Please visit the same link, no period:
www.bindersinc.com/store

You have several javascript errors on your website:
Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined
on that line:
google.load('search', '1', {language : 'en'});

Uncaught ReferenceError: toggle is not defined
on that line:
toggle('status',1)

And:
Uncaught ReferenceError: MenuMatic is not defined
on that line:
var myMenu = new MenuMatic();

Because of these errors, the javascript which loads the state dropdown cannot work properly on FF.

I would recommend to either ask the support of MenuMatic to help you fix the javascript errors you have or use another suckerfish menu module as it apparently comes from that.

Once the javascript errors on your website will be removed the dropdown will work properly.
