Is it possible to hide some joomla products from the joomla search? Is so how?

Hi,

You can remove all the products from the search by unpublishing the HikaShop products search plugin.
But there is no option to remove only some products from it.
What you can do is make sure that the products are in an unpublished category and not in another category and they won't be taken into account for the results.

I would like to find when searching for items in categories not published .

Hi,

You have to edit the plugin HikaShop Search in /plugins/search/hikashop_products/hikashop_products.php function "onSearch()".
