Disable subcategories in product listing page

How can i hide the subcategories in the category page?
When i click the category button all i want to see is the list of products.
Can it be done? And how?

You have to set the value of the option "Show sub categories " to "No child" in the menu/module options.

i renounced at he idea because of the module idea witch is great.
