That's probably coming from the fact that you are showing a product listing content menu and module which are displaying the same products through your page.
Can you give me a link to your page so that I can have more information about your issue ?

You should :
- Remove the associated module of the "associated modules" option of your Hikashop content menu which have the ID number 289 ("Hikashop->Display->Content menus")
- Delete the associated module which have the ID number 135 through "Hikashop->Display->Content modules"

I have the same problem, but really don't know why. Even I cannot follow your instruction
