Add link under price of "Newest/Random Products"

You can add that in the file listing_img_title of the view product via the menu Display>Views.
That will however affect all the listings using this item box layout.
So the solution if you don't want to affect all the listings is to copy the code from the listing_img_title view file, copy it in another one like the listing_img view file and do your modification in that view file. Then, for the listings where you want to have the modified view file, select "image" instead of "image and title" in the item box layout option of the menu/module via the menu Display>Content menus/modules.
