Ordering (a-z) categorie products

As an example of the Hikashop Demo site in the module Latest products an associated category can be selected and in the Parameters for products an ordering field can be set to ordering.
I'm wondering where to set this ordering?

Hi,

When you go in your products listing in the backend, if you set the "sub element filter" dropdown on the right to "direct sub elements", you'll see an ordering column in order to be able to order your products within each category.
